That Time My Sister Got Hitched

When my sister-in-law told me her and I would be pregnant at the same time. I couldn’t believe how special that was! Then she got engaged! and asked me to be her photographer. (cue tears)

OF COURSE!- was all I could say. I was more than excited for this. My girl was getting married, having her first baby and celebrating her love on their annivesary. We flew down to Orange County California to prepare for the best day ever.

As usual, I hustled around the ceremony (a gorgeous, intimate setting in San Juan Capistrano), this time heavily pregnant! But what was less than typical is that I was absolutely sobbing during the ceremony. My best friend found the love of her life. Listening to their proclamations of love grabbed ahold of me and I could not stop crying ugly, happy tears.

Aoife looked stunning in her gown, exhibiting her beautiful baby bump. And although it was a hot day, the glow was from her love.

For the rest of the day, the smiles were endless, the dancing was epic and there was not a moment of this very fast yet full wedding that did not deliver all the feels.
